Sungallon and its Group companies have a long history in Thermoplastic Elastomers. Starting in 1988 as a distributor for LG SBS polymers, Sungallon progressed into the production of compounds in its own facilities in 2005.

Our production and administration location is in Guanlan, a suburb of Shenzhen. With a turnover in 2014 of 19.8 million US$, Sungallon is one of the largest producers and distributors of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China.

Using state-of-the-art twin screw compounding equipment, we produce a wide range of materials with hardness varying from gels to that of Polypropylene. Our current production capacity exceeds 40Kt/year.

We have a dedicated team of 8 R&D engineers and a well-equipped laboratory. Sungallon partners with customers to develop tailor-made solutions that meet functional, cost and product safety requirements.

We are certified in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards, and multiple OEM specifications. As a certified supplier for leading toy manufacturers, we adhere to strict standards that limit the use of certain substances.

Our production facilities are engineered to prevent any intermixture of materials, ensuring product integrity and safety. We employ accredited third-party testing agencies like SGS, UL-STR, and Intertek to confirm our adherence to international standards.
