Sungallon and its Group companies have a long tradition in Thermoplastic Elastomers. Starting in 1988 as a distributor for LG SBS polymers, Sungallon progressed into the production of compounds in its own facilities in 2005.

Sungallon production and administration location is in Guanlan, a suburb of Shenzhen. With a turnover in 2014 of 19.8 million US$, Sungallon is one of the largest producers and distributors of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China.

Using state-of-the-art twin screw compounding equipment, Sungallon is able to produce a wide range of materials with hardness varying from gels to that of Polypropylene. At present the production capacity is in excess of 40Kt/year.

Supporting Sales and production is a dedicated team of 8 R&D engineers and a well-equipped Lab.

Sungallon has achieved certification in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards, as well as multiple OEM specifications. Our manufacturing processes adhere to various Restricted Substance Standards, and we have meticulously designed our production facilities to avoid cross-contamination of material.

To ensure compliance with standards such as EN71-ASTM F963 or our clients' particular Regulatory and Safety Standards (RSS), we engage the services of renowned testing bodies like SGS, UL-STR, and Intertek.

Despite being based in China, our outlook is international, and we cater to a global clientele by leveraging our export sales channels and a robust network of distributors worldwide.
