Sungallon and its Group companies have a long tradition in Thermoplastic Elastomers. Starting in 1988 as a distributor for LG SBS polymers, Sungallon progressed into the production of compounds in its own facilities in 2005.
Our production and administration location is in Guanlan, a suburb of Shenzhen. With a turnover in 2014 of 19.8 million US$, Sungallon is one of the largest producers and distributors of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China.
Using state-of-the-art twin screw compounding equipment, we produce a wide range of materials with hardness varying from gels to that of Polypropylene. Our current production capacity exceeds 40Kt/year.

Sungallon has achieved certification in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards, as well as multiple OEM specifications. Our manufacturing processes adhere to various Restricted Substance Standards, with production facilities designed to prevent cross-contamination.
We employ third-party testing organizations such as SGS, UL-STR or Intertek to verify compliance with EN71-ASTM F963 and customer-specific RSS requirements.

We provide 5KG free samples, freight collect.
Our engineers conduct laboratory tests during production, with additional QC tests before delivery. We store production samples for 3-5 years.
We can match colors according to Pantone or RAL color cards.
