Sungallon directly manufactures high temperature resistant TPV raw material for car dust covers.

TPV material is primarily designed for high temperature resistance applications. The standard color is white with slight yellow tint, but can be customized to black or any other color per customer requirements. Suitable for both injection and extrusion processes.

Applications: Ideal for high temperature resistance applications including seals, and can be used for overmolding or co-extrusion with PP.

Chemical Safety: ROHS, REACH, BPA free, Phthalates free, Halogen free, EN 71 part 3 compliant.

Suggested Processing Conditions: 165~220℃, not higher than 230℃.
