Sungallon production and administration location is in Guanlan a suburb of Shenzhen. With a turnover in 2014 of 19.8 million US$, Sungallon is one of the largest produce and distributors of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China.

Using state of the art twin screw compounding equipment Sungallon is able to produce a wide range of materials with hardness Varying from gels to that of Polypropylene. At present the production capacity is in excess of 40Kt/year.

Supporting Sales and production is a dedicated team of 8 R&D engineers and a well equipped Lab. Sungallon has set itself a mission to partnering with customers in joint developing tailor made solutions to meet functional, cost and product safety requirements.

Sungallon has achieved certification in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards, as well as multiple OEM specifications. Our manufacturing processes adhere to various Restricted Substance Standards, and we have meticulously designed our production facilities to avoids cross-contamination of material.

We employ testing agencies like SGS, UL-STR, or Intertek to confirm our adherence to standards such as EN71-ASTM F963 or the specific Regulatory and Safety Standards (RSS) requested by our clients.
