The air-cooled chiller utilizes a 304 stainless steel water tank evaporator with enhanced heat exchange efficiency. The refrigeration system features refrigerant evaporation in heat exchange tubes while water flows through the tank side. The evaporator shell is insulated, and heat exchange tubes employ high-efficiency seamless copper tubes with internal threaded fins that double the heat transfer area, significantly improving overall heat transfer performance.
