Product Description
Introduction
Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) or Neodymium magnets are extremely strong for their size. Available in various shapes including rings, blocks, discs and custom configurations. To prevent oxidation, these magnets are typically finished with zinc, nickel or epoxy coatings.
Manufacturing process involves melting the elements together and milling into powder that is dry-pressed to shape in a magnetic field. The material is then sintered, ground to precise dimensions, magnetized and thoroughly tested. Classified as "rare earth" magnets due to neodymium's placement in the lanthanides section of the Periodic Table.

Manufacturing Process
- Mixing the ingredients
- Dissolving the mixture at high temperature to prepare an alloy
