Manufacturing Process
- Mixing the ingredients
- Melting at high temperature to prepare an alloy
- Fine pulverization into powder
- Molding in a magnetic field to align magnetization directions
- Sintering at ~1,100℃ followed by heat treatment at ~600℃
- Processing into final product shape
- Surface treatment for rustproofing
- Magnetization by applying a magnetic field
