OPGW Head Board 30kN Rated Load Chain Type Fiber Stringing Tool with Aircraft-Grade Aluminum and Anodized Corrosion Resistant
OPGW Head Board System 30kN Chain Type for Fiber Stringing
Product Overview
Stringing OPGW means handling a cable that is simultaneously a grounding conductor and a trunk of optical fibers - damage at any moment of the pull means replacing the cable and losing the fiber link. The 20111B chain-type board, rated 30kN, brings that delicate work under control: machined surfaces distribute tension across the full contact area, shielding the cable and its fiber core from crushing; a body of aircraft-grade aluminum with reinforced stress points absorbs the force of heavy pulls; and an anodized coat resists the corrosive air of coastal sites. Pre-assembled with color-coded parts and a visual inspection window, the board is ready to rig and easy to check.

Applications
· Stringing and installing OPGW on transmission towers
· Terminating optical ground wire at line ends
· Protecting fiber cables while tension is applied
· New-build and upgrade work on power networks
Product Advantages
· Tension Spread Wide — machined faces lay the load across the whole contact zone, so the cable and its fibers survive every pull unharmed.
· Built Like a Wing Spar — an aircraft-grade aluminum body with reinforced stress points keeps its 30kN rating through years of site work.
· Weather That Will Not Win — anodizing stops rust and aging in humid, salt-heavy coastal air.
· Rig in Minutes, Verify in Seconds — color-coded pre-assembled modules and an inspection window cut setup time and simplify checks.
