We have a top-tier passive component testing center. All MTP/MPO core components undergo 100% 3D interferometer end-face inspection before leaving the factory. For high-specification data centers, we offer ultra-low loss (IL) versions of the module boxes, with insertion loss (IL) strictly controlled to ≤ 0.35 dB and APC end-face return loss (RL) ≥ 60 dB, ensuring sufficient optical power budget even in complex backbone links.
2. For complex data center networks, do you support polarity management and structure customization (OEM/ODM)?
Fully supported. You can deeply customize Base-8, Base-12, or Base-24 core module designs according to the data center's network architecture, and precisely specify Type A, Type B, or Type C polarity. Meanwhile, we provide a full range of OEM/ODM prototyping and mass production services, from brand logo silkscreening and high-tech color schemes to non-standard port layouts.
