We use high-frequency quenching No.40 manganese steel for cylinder rods (better bending resistance), No.25 manganese steel for tubes (superior wear resistance), high-strength hardened steel for cylinder heads, and name-brand seal kits to minimize oil leakage.
Standard models: 7 days from stock. Custom orders: 2 weeks for less than container load, 4-6 weeks for 1-2 containers. Manufacturing times may vary during peak seasons.
Orders under $3000: Full payment. Orders over $3000: 50% deposit, 50% balance before delivery. Custom orders: 70% deposit, 30% balance before delivery. Inspection services are accepted.
We work with your preferred shipping agent or arrange shipping through our established relationships with carriers. Light goods: UPS/DHL/TNT (DAP terms). Heavy goods: Sea freight (FOB, CIF, CFR).
