1. How can I ensure the part will fit my excavator?
   To guarantee the right fit, please provide:

• The excavator model number
• The machine serial number
• Any part numbers from the existing components
  Alternatively, you can measure the part and share its dimensions or provide a drawing.

2. What materials are used in your hydraulic cylinders?

• Cylinder Rod: Made from high-frequency surface hardening, with a hardness of up to 55, and treated with hard chromium plating for added durability.
• Cylinder Tube: Crafted from 25Mn steel for superior wear resistance.
• Cylinder Heads: Constructed from high-strength hardened steel for greater durability.
• Seals: We use imported Japan NOK and US SKF seals, ensuring a hydraulic oil leakage rate below 1%.
• Welding: We employ automatic welding for smoother, more consistent welds, instead of manual welding.

3. How long will it take to deliver my order?

• In-stock items: For frequently used models, we can ship within 7 days.
• Standard orders: For orders smaller than a container, expect delivery within 2 weeks.
• Larger orders: Orders of 1-2 containers typically take 4-6 weeks.
  Note: Manufacturing times may vary during peak seasons and can be confirmed via discussion.

4. What are the payment terms?

• Orders under $3000: Full payment is required at the time of order.
• Orders over $3000: 50% deposit to start production, with the remaining 50% paid before delivery.
• Customized orders: 70% deposit, with the remaining 30% paid upon shipment.

5. How will my order be shipped?

• If you have a preferred shipping agent, we’ll coordinate with them to handle your shipment.
• If not, we have strong partnerships with reliable shipping companies and express services.
  • Light goods: Delivered via UPS/DHL/TNT (DAP terms).
  • Heavy goods: Shipped by sea (FOB, CIF, or CFR terms).
