For the Cylinder Tube:
1. We utilize 25Mn alloy steel, identical to the material used by original hydraulic cylinder manufacturers.  
2. The exterior undergoes sandblasting, followed by a baked painting process. A primer coat is applied and dried before a final topcoat is added, ensuring a dual-layer protective finish.  

For the Piston Rod:
1. The piston rod undergoes full thermal conditioning for enhanced durability.  
2. The surface is strengthened using high-frequency induction hardening, achieving a hardness level of up to 55HRC.  
3. A layer of industrial-grade hard chrome plating is applied to enhance wear and corrosion resistance.  

For the Sealing System:
We incorporate premium seals from Japan’s NOK and the USA’s SKF, ensuring minimal hydraulic oil leakage, maintaining a leakage rate of less than 1%.
