A. Yes, all our excavator hydraulic cylinders are tested before leaving the factory to make sure they are safe and work properly. We check for pressure strength, oil leaks, and any movement or drift when the cylinder is under load.

Q. What seals do you use in your hydraulic cylinders?
A. We use high-quality seals from Japan NOK and US SKF—two trusted brands known for excellent wear resistance, heat tolerance, and sealing performance, ideal for heavy-duty excavator use.

Each seal is carefully matched to the cylinder’s pressure and working conditions, keeping the oil leakage rate consistently below 1%, even under continuous high-load operation.

This reduces maintenance, minimizes downtime, and extends the life of your hydraulic system—ensuring greater reliability on the job site.

Q. What is your warranty policy?
A. For the following situations,you enjoy 12 months (From the date of B/L) guarantee of free 
repairing or replacement service on our supply cylinders: (But we do not take for any annex 
responsibilities)

• Welding parts causing fracture
• Material reason causing cylinder fracture
• Rod chrome layer defect causing trachoma or peeling
• Cylinder leaking oil, leaking oil inside 

For the following situations, you will not enjoy free repairing or replacement service even during 
the guarantee time:

• Improper operating or damaged artificially.
• Smashed by careless operating or carrying during transportation.
• Rod surface smashed, nick; Rod body bending & fracture.
• During Guarantee time, disassembly or replace other un-standard seal kits or components
  without agreement.
