1. Submit Information

Customers provide motor usage requirements or drawings, including the following details:

• Voltage range, speed (RPM), torque

• Dimensions, shaft length

• Application scenario or special requirements

2. Technical Evaluation
After receiving the requirements, our R&D engineers will complete a preliminary evaluation within 1–2 working days and confirm feasibility. If there are any questions, we will contact the customer immediately.

3. Sample Confirmation
Once the evaluation is approved, we will confirm sample specifications, quantity, delivery method, and estimated lead time with the customer.

4. Sample Production Lead Time

• Standard products: Approx. 7–10 working days

• Special/customized materials: Lead time to be confirmed after further evaluation

5. Sample Delivery Options
Upon completion, we offer multiple delivery options:
