Bakery Tray Trolley Feature
2. Replacing 2 small fans on the back with 1 big temperature control side fan and placing the 2 heating pipes beside the
fan can make the hot air fill the whole space faster.
4. Each basin has a floating ball in it. When the water in the basin reaches a certain height, the floating ball will block the
water inlet and the amount of water will not increase any more.
5. Each trolley is equipped with a temperature detector and humidity detector to monitor the internal temperature and
humidity at all times.
