A single sheave unit is sufficient to simultaneously accommodate cross-arm mounting, suspension-style hanging, and compatibility with a wide range of conductor sizes.
Can be mounted directly onto cross-arms (accommodating sizes ranging from 5"×6" to 9½"×7") or suspended via hooks or sockets. It offers five distinct mounting positions, supporting both vertical and angled configurations.
Features a precision-machined groove profile to ensure smooth conductor passage. The groove liner is available in optional materials—including polyurethane, nylon, aluminum alloy, or ductile iron—to effectively prevent conductor abrasion.
Utilizes double-sealed deep-groove ball bearings with built-in permanent lubrication, ensuring a long service life across a wide operating temperature range of −5°F to 250°F.
Equipped with a spring-loaded locking pin featuring an oversized pull-ring, facilitating remote operation using an insulated hot stick. The locking mechanism is robust and reliable, effectively preventing accidental dislodgment.
Features a frame cast from A356 aluminum alloy, which has undergone heat treatment for enhanced strength; this design achieves a lightweight profile while maintaining exceptional structural toughness.
