Product Introduction:
Food-grade magnesium silicate is a white powder primarily used for purifying edible frying oil. It effectively adsorbs food residues, impurities, and odors from the oil, making it clear and extending its usable life. Additionally, it is commonly used as an anti-caking agent in powdered foods to prevent clumping.

Usage Guidelines
1.Cooling: Allow the used frying oil to cool slightly to below 100°C(typically operated around 90°C; higher temperatures may reduce effectiveness and cause splattering).
2.Powder Application: Weigh an appropriate amount of filter powder, equivalent to 0.5% - 2% of the oil weight, and sprinkle it evenly over the oil surface.
3.Stirring: Stir slowly and thoroughly for 10-15 minutes to ensure complete contact between the filter powder and oil for optimal impurity adsorption.
4.Settling: Stop stirring and let the mixture settle naturally for at least 30 minutes, allowing the powder with adsorbed impurities to fully sink to the bottom.
5.Filtration: Carefully pump out or pour off the clear upper layer of oil, then perform a final filtration through filter paper or cloth. The purified oil is now ready for reuse or storage. Discard the spent powder residue at the bottom.
