XLPE Insulated Low Smoke Halogen Free Armoured Cable designed for 1900/3300V applications, featuring enhanced safety characteristics for critical infrastructure environments.
Applications
Low smoke zero halogen cables are essential for military applications, aircraft, railway systems, and maritime vessels where ventilation during fire incidents is challenging. These cables are also widely used in high-pressure underground tunnels and railway track marking lines, significantly reducing harmful gas accumulation during fires.
Cable Construction
- Conductor: Circular, solid, compacted or sector shaped stranded copper
- Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE)
- Filler: Non-hygroscopic material
- Binder tape: Non-hygroscopic material
- Armouring: Steel wire
- Sheath: PVC
