CU/XLPE/PVC Low Voltage Power Cable with copper wire shielding, rated for 0.6/1kV applications. Designed for reliable power distribution in various industrial and commercial settings.
Applications
Ideal for installation indoors, in tunnels, cable trenches, or direct burial in ground. Capable of withstanding external mechanical forces while maintaining optimal performance.
Cable Construction
- Conductor: Circular, solid, compacted or sector shaped stranded Copper or aluminum
- Insulation: XLPE (Cross-linked polyethylene)
- Filler: Non-hygroscopic material
- Screen: Copper Wire shielding
- Binder tape: Non-hygroscopic material
- Sheath: PVC protective covering
Technical Characteristics
- Test Voltage: 3.5kV for 5 minutes with no breakdown
- Installation Temperature: Minimum ambient temperature ≥0℃
- Operating Temperature: Maximum conductor temperature ≤90℃ during normal operation
- Short-circuit Temperature: Maximum 250℃ for up to 5 seconds duration
- Bending Radius: Single unarmoured cable: 20 x OD | Multi-core unarmoured cable: 15 x OD | Single armoured cable: 5 x OD | Multi-core armoured cable: 12 x OD
