APPLICATION
CY PVC (YSLCY) Flexible Control Cable with Copper Braiding and PVC Sheath is designed for instrumentation and control systems in industrial environments. Its copper braiding provides excellent electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, ensuring signal integrity in noisy settings. The PVC insulation and sheath offer durability, flexibility, and resistance to moisture, chemicals, and abrasion.
This cable is commonly used in:
- Industrial automation for connecting sensors, actuators, and control panels.
- Instrumentation in measurement and control systems where signal accuracy is critical.
- Harsh environments due to its robust construction, suitable for manufacturing plants and outdoor installations.

CONSTRUCTION
- Conductor: Circular solid copper conductor(A) or circular stranded copper conductor(B)
- Insulation: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
- Filler: Polypropylene netting tear cord or flame-retardant filling
- Braiding: Tinned Copper Wire Braid
- Outer sheath: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

- Maximum operating temperature of conductor:+70℃
- Operating ambient temperature: -15℃~+45℃
- Cable laying temperature:Not less than 0℃(When the ambient temperature is below 0℃, the cable should be preheated.)
- Minimum Bending Radius: 6D (D is the actual outer diameter of the cable)
