Product Overview
Fire Rated Low Voltage Wire with 3 Core 1.5-400mm² is engineered to maintain circuit integrity during fire conditions, ensuring continuous power supply for critical emergency systems.
Applications

Suitable for power supply lines with flame retardant requirements, such as urban underground power grids, power station outgoing lines, and internal power lines of industrial and mining enterprises.

Construction Details

  • Conductor:Tightly press circular conductor

  • Conductor shield:Semi conductive shielding material (below 500mm ²)   Semi conductive tape+semi conductive shielding material (500mm ² and above)

  • Insulation:XLPE

  • Insulation shielding: Peelable semiconducting shielding material


  • Metal shielding layer: Copper Tape

  • Filler: Non hygroscopic filling rope

  • Binder Tape:Non hygroscopic straps

  • Armor:3 core: galvanized steel tape


  • Inner and outer sheath:90 ℃ flame retardant polyvinyl chloride
