For cold forming, the rod has been formed before heating, and the stabilizer bar' s shape is three-dimensional and complex. So the method of straight rod heating cannot be used to heat with medium frequency furnace. The device clamps both ends of the formed stabilizer bar with electrodes and realizes heating by the resistance of the stabilizer bar itself. Fast heating speed, not affected by the shape of the stabilizer bar, one machine can heat a variety of shapes of the stabilizer bar.
