ER49-1 is a gas shielded copper-plated carbon steel welding wire. 

Main features:
Composition and coating: ER49-1 welding wire adopts H08Mn2SiA disc element composition, and its surface is plated with a copper layer, which enhances the corrosion resistance of the welding wire.

Welding performance: The welding wire can be welded with a larger current, with less spatter and good anti-porosity performance. It is suitable for all-position welding with short-circuit transition and can meet a variety of welding needs.

Mechanical properties: The deposited metal of the welding wire has high yield strength and tensile strength, yield strength ≥372MPa, tensile strength ≥490MPa, and has good elongation and impact toughness, elongation ≥20%, AKV impact energy ≥47J at room temperature.
