Temperature Effect
Due to the fact that the diaphragm gauge is filled with sealing liquid as the medium for transmitting pressure, the temperature expansion coefficient of the sealing liquid increases the temperature of the pressure part of the pressure gauge. The temperature influence is related to the expansion coefficient of the sealing liquid, the stiffness of the diaphragm gauge, and the temperature of the pressure part, especially for low range pressure instruments. The temperature error of the general pressure part is not more than 1%/℃. Therefore, the total temperature impact of diaphragm pressure instruments is generally determined by the sum of the temperature of the pressure instrument and the temperature of the pressure part of the diaphragm device. Impact of liquid level difference: For diaphragm pressure gauges or low-pressure pressure gauges with hose and hard pipe connections, the impact of liquid level difference should be subtracted during installation.
