Principle: It uses monocrystalline silicon vibration sensor technology to compress the metal membranes at the high and low pressure ends, and then transmit them to the upper and lower sides of the monocrystalline silicon wafer through sealing fluid. By applying a magnetic field to the oscillator through a permanent magnet, one half of the oscillator and the remaining half form an excitation circuit. The natural frequency of the circuit is measured, and the difference between this natural frequency and the natural frequency of another oscillator is converted into a differential pressure signal. Convert the differential pressure signal into pulse or digital signal output, and directly convert the pressure signal into digital signal processing.
