Operation Procedures
Pressure Verification: Connect the test meter to the output port and the standard meter to the standard output. Rotate the switch valve knob outward and turn the pressure adjustment knob counterclockwise to close the relief valve. Use the pressure handle to apply pressure between 0.5-4MPa, then fine-tune with the adjustment knob to reach desired pressure levels.
Vacuum Calibration: Connect instruments as above, rotate the switch valve knob inward, and turn the pressure adjustment knob clockwise to close the relief valve. Use the pressure handle to draw pressure to the required vacuum value.
Important Usage Notes
- Operate within the rated pressure range only - do not exceed maximum limits
- Pressure/vacuum conversion must be performed in non-pressure state
- Place on stable operating platforms away from corrosive gases and dust
- Store in dry, non-corrosive environments during extended non-use
- Apply even force when using pressure lever - avoid excessive force on valves
- Regularly clean internal filter to maintain equipment performance and lifespan
