Operating Principle
The flow sensor profile features a Venturi tube design. Spiral guide vanes on the inlet side generate intense vortex flow, which undergoes secondary rotation in the diffusion section, producing a gyroscopic vortex precession effect. The precession frequency directly correlates with flow rate and remains unaffected by fluid properties. Detection elements measure this frequency, with signals processed through amplification, filtering, and conversion to pulse signals. Combined with temperature and pressure data, the microprocessor calculates and displays measurement results (instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, temperature, and pressure) on the integrated LCD screen.
