This industrial-grade high-precision pressure measurement device is suitable for measuring gauge pressure, absolute pressure, and mixed pressure. Core Working Principle
The sensor operates based on the piezoresistive effect. Its core component is a silicon diaphragm with a Wheatstone Bridge structure varistor formed through ion implantation. When external pressure is applied, the diaphragm deforms, changing the varistor resistance and producing a differential voltage signal proportional to the pressure.
Signal Processing Flow
- Pressure sensing: Pressure is transmitted to the silicon diaphragm through a 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragm, changing the varistor resistance
- Bridge conversion: The Wheatstone bridge converts resistance changes into millivolt-level voltage signals (0-100mV/V)
- Signal amplification: Built-in amplifier boosts weak signals to industrial standard outputs (4-20mA or 0-10V)
- Temperature compensation: Integrated temperature sensor corrects environmental temperature effects to ensure long-term stability
