High-Discharge 18650 Battery Pack with 15A Continuous Current and 3000mAh Capacity for Custom Lithium-Ion Solutions
We design and manufacture stable, reliable battery pack systems for demanding industrial and professional applications. Our solutions are built on high-performance 18650 lithium-ion cell platforms, combined with deeply integrated BMS, thermal monitoring, and structural engineering, to solve real-world challenges in high power output, long service life, and operational safety.
We do not sell individual cells. We deliver application-ready battery pack systems engineered to reduce field failures, simplify system integration, and support long-term product reliability.
Designed around high-performance industrial 18650 cell platforms
- Continuous Output: up to 15A per cell (no temperature cut)
- High-Power Capability: peak discharge support up to 30A, with pack-level temperature monitoring and protection
- Typical Cell Capacity: ~3000mAh
- Cycle Life: ≥250 cycles with ≥60% capacity retention (cell-level reference)
Optimized for applications where stable high current delivery matters. Continuous discharge capability is clearly defined, while short-duration high-power output is enabled through intelligent thermal monitoring—avoiding overstated or unsafe current claims.
- Custom series / parallel architecture
- Smart BMS featuring:
- Cell balancing
- Over-current, over-voltage, and over-temperature protection
- Optional communication interfaces (UART / CAN / SMBus)
Not just "robust," but designed to eliminate field failure risks. Our packs undergo application-oriented mechanical and environmental considerations to ensure stable operation under vibration, shock, and continuous-duty cycles—helping reduce warranty costs and protect your product reputation.
From early-stage prototyping to volume production, the same engineering team supports your project—minimizing miscommunication and redesign risk.
The following parameters are derived from publicly available specifications of a class of high-performance industrial 18650 lithium-ion cells widely used in professional battery pack design. We do not manufacture cells. All battery packs are independently designed, assembled, and validated at system level. Final performance is based on pack-level testing.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Nominal Capacity | ~3,000 mAh |
| Nominal Voltage | 3.6 V |
| Max Charge Voltage | 4.20 V |
| Standard Charge Condition | CC/CV, ~1.5 A |
| Rated Charge Condition* | CC/CV, ~4 A |
| Max Continuous Discharge | 15 A (without temperature cut) |
| Peak / High-Rate Discharge | Up to 30 A with pack-level thermal monitoring (recommended cut-off ~80 °C) |
| Discharge Cut-off Voltage | 2.5 V |
| Cycle Life (Cell Level)** | ≥250 cycles |
| Operating Temperature (Discharge) | −20 °C to 60 °C |
* Rated charge condition refers to a specific test condition used for rated capacity evaluation, not a universal recommended charging current.
** Cycle life reference: approx. 4A charge / 15A discharge, capacity ≥60% of standard capacity after 250 cycles. Pack-level lifecycle depends on BMS strategy, depth of discharge, and operating conditions.
