Important Application Conditions
- Preload Requirement: 500N - 5000N (recommended tolerance ±200N) for safety and cycle life testing.
- BMS Mandatory: Must use with a Battery Management System (BMS) monitoring voltage, current, and temperature. Over-charge protection at 3.65V, over-discharge at 2.50V (or 2.00V below 0°C).
- Cell Gap Design: Reserve 0.5~1.5mm gap between cells for swelling management (swelling force up to 30000N at 80% SOH under 15mm steel plate).
- Storage Conditions: 25%-40% SOC recommended for long-term storage (>30 days); recharge every 3 months.
- Welding Restrictions: Welding area centered on positioning hole, Φ4mm~Φ14mm, depth <2.5mm; avoid melting PPS plastic on terminals.
