The OID 587Ah LiFePo4 Battery (Model: OID73274213F587AH) is a high-capacity 3.2V prismatic rechargeable cell manufactured by Shenzhen Jianheng Technology Co Ltd. Built with premium lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistry, this battery delivers exceptional cycle life (8000 cycles at 80% DoD), high thermal stability, and reliable performance for demanding energy storage applications. Grade A cells with ultra-low internal resistance (≤0.25mΩ) and consistent capacity output.

The OID 587Ah LiFePo4 cell complies with international safety standards. Built-in safety features include explosion-proof valve, overcharge/over-discharge protection via BMS, and short-circuit protection. The aluminum shell is positively charged – proper insulation and BMS monitoring are required. All cells are 100% tested for capacity, impedance, and voltage matching.

Important Application Conditions

  • Preload Requirement: 500N - 5000N (recommended tolerance ±200N) for safety and cycle life testing.
  • BMS Mandatory: Must use with a Battery Management System (BMS) monitoring voltage, current, and temperature. Over-charge protection at 3.65V, over-discharge at 2.50V (or 2.00V below 0°C).
  • Cell Gap Design: Reserve 0.5~1.5mm gap between cells for swelling management (swelling force up to 30000N at 80% SOH under 15mm steel plate).
  • Storage Conditions: 25%-40% SOC recommended for long-term storage (>30 days); recharge every 3 months.
  • Welding Restrictions: Welding area centered on positioning hole, Φ4mm~Φ14mm, depth <2.5mm; avoid melting PPS plastic on terminals.
