Product Description
The steel box-girder bridge is a modern structural solution composed of top plate (bridge panel), beam web, bottom plate, longitudinal stiffener, transverse stiffener, and diaphragm plate (cross beam). With thickness ranging from 12-30mm for main plates and 10-20mm for secondary plates, these bridges are manufactured in factory fragments (typically 10-30m sections) and assembled through site welding.
Orthotropic Steel Bridge Panels
The lower edge of the top plate is welded with vertical and horizontal stiffeners to form an orthogonal bridge panel. Longitudinal ribs feature both open and closed cross-section forms, typically inverted T-shaped, with transverse ribs containing notches for continuous longitudinal rib passage.
