Ultrasonic coating process:
High-frequency ultrasonic welding seals the coating interface, eliminating water vapor and dust intrusion. The bonding strength between the film and glass tube is increased by 50%, providing resistance to pulling and aging while prolonging service life. -
Full customization service:
Supports flexible customization of fusing characteristics (fast-break F/slow-break T), rated current (5A-30A), and lead material (tinned copper/nickel alloy). Optional silicone jacket (temperature resistant -60°C~200°C) or heat shrink tubing jacket (UV and corrosion resistant). -
Suitable for harsh environments:
