1. Product Overview
The GBS-RP04-06-ES filling system (including injection pump, precision pressure gauge, pressure reducing valve, high-pressure solenoid valve, electrical control part, etc.) and non-standard parts (weighing machine, vacuum pump).
2. Product Features
The filling equipment uses compressed air as the power source to drive the filling and conveying of HFC-227ea/FM200. When the transmission weight reaches a certain value, the sensor signal is transmitted to the gas solenoid valve, the gas supply is closed, and the pump stops working.
Then connect the nitrogen source, open the high-pressure nitrogen valve to inject nitrogen; when the precision pressure gauge shows the required nitrogen pressure, close the nitrogen valve; filling is completed. It has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, simple operation and reliable performance. It is especially suitable for the filling of heptafluoropropane in the fire protection industry.
