The latest generation of drying furnaces adopts German-imported IGBT modules, which combine the high input impedance of MOSFETs with the low conduction voltage drop of GTRs. This advancement overcomes the limitations of earlier systems, which required either single-phase 220V or three-phase four-wire 380V input with an additional input transformer.
