Q1: How can I get the quotation?
A1: Please provide drawings with material, quantity, surface treatment, and/or other requests. DWG, PDF, SOLIDWORKS file format is good. If you don’t have drawing, please send the sample/photos/videos to us, we can quote base on them after communication and confirmation.
Q2: Can you design samples? Is that free?
A2: Yes, we can. But the design service is charged, we refund the cost when we get the production order.
Q3: Can I have a trial order or samples only for several pieces?
A3: The customized samples cost us several hours or more, so it should be charged. If the sample is unqualified or a mass order is released, we will refund the sample cost.
