Die Casting
In the die-casting workshop, aluminum ingots are melted into liquid at high temperature in the furnace and enter the mold. After more than 20 seconds, the semi-finished products become product billets after cooling. It is the raw material for first-hand processing, which is our quality assurance. We work day and night, so the order quantity can meet your requirements.
Machine Processing

Decent shape component will be transferred to the machine processing lines, which contains tapping machine, drilling machine, radius corner drilling machine. These are the first step to the assembly.

Packing
Fully automatic packaging machine can pack 6000 packages an hour. Installation and packaging are completed here. The installation speed is guaranteed and the delivery is timely. Before shipment, we have QC to check the quality of products, and will check some products to see if they can be sent.
