25KG Gray Electronic Thermal Conductive Silicone Potting Compound.
DESCRIPTION
Two-component silicone potting compound that cures rapidly at high temperatures, produces low-stress cured objects, and offers excellent flexibility. Offers a thermal conductivity of 2.5 W/m·K, excellent electrical insulation, and superior resistance to temperature variations and weather conditions. Capable of automated production and specifically designed for electronic potting applications.
