300ML White Good Adhesion Thermal Conductive Electronic RTV Silicone Adhesive
Description
One-component, thermally conductive, neutral dealcoholized silicone adhesive sealant that cures with moisture at room temperature. It can be easily extruded under pressure prior to curing. After curing, it forms an elastic silicone rubber with strong structural bonds and provides excellent electrical insulation properties. The product has excellent adhesion to metals, plastics, ceramics, glass, etc., without the use of primers, and is non-corrosive to metals.

2. One-component, no need to mix.
3. Non-corrosive to metals.
4. Curing at room temperature, short tack free time, low odor during curing process.
5. Excellent adhesion to most of materials in the absence of primers.
6. Excellent resistance to high and low temperatures.
7. Excellent mechanicalproperties and chemical stability.
8. Flame retardant complies with UL 94-V0.
9. Compliant with the EU reqirements of RoHS and REACH.
Applications
1. Structural bonding or sealing applications for sensors and connectors, etc., where thermal conductivity is required.
2. Thermally conductive, bonding and insulation applications for heat dissipation components for electronic devices, such as PTC thermistors .
