DESCRIPTION
Two-component silicone thermally conductive potting compound that vulcanizes at room temperature or high temperature. Cures to form an elastic thermally conductive insulating gel with smooth surface and no volatile emissions. Features low viscosity with excellent flowability and low stress characteristics to protect electronic devices from mechanical stress impact. Offers good adhesion and excellent insulating properties, maintaining performance in temperature ranges from -40 to 200℃ without shelling.
