Product Description

High-performance one-component silicone sealant, moisture curing, with good flexibility of the adhesive layer and excellent cohesion. Ideal for adhesive sealing of materials with different coefficients of thermal expansion. AS3465 is a thixotropic paste, resistant to sagging, suitable for FIPG sealing processes. Features excellent high and low temperature resistance and superior electrical properties.
