- Pre-charge mode: Protects battery and extends life by supplying low output current when internal resistance is high or voltage is low due to prolonged discharge or disuse. Automatically switches to constant current mode when battery voltage reaches specified value.
- Constant current mode: Provides constant charge current for the battery.
- Constant voltage mode: Uses PWM technology to control charging current and output voltage, ensuring complete charging without overcharging.
- Floating charge mode: Automatically switches when battery voltage approaches constant voltage value and current decreases to specified level. Indicator turns green and fan stops. Battery can be disconnected or kept on float charge.
- Verify battery rated voltage matches charger output voltage
- Connect charger and battery according to proper requirements
- Confirm city power voltage matches charger rated input voltage
- Connect city power and verify indicator turns on and fan operates
- If indicator remains off, immediately disconnect city power and check all connections
- After full charge, disconnect city power first, then remove battery connection wires
High voltage present inside charger. Contact dealer or manufacturer for repairs. Do not open or attempt repairs unless you are authorized professional maintenance staff.
Ensure charger is placed in well-ventilated environment. Do not use in damp, high temperature, or flammable/explosive environments.
