LATP BEO-2P3 (Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3) is an advanced oxide-based solid-state electrolyte engineered for high-performance all-solid-state batteries. Featuring a NASICON-type crystal structure, this material delivers exceptional ionic conductivity of 10−4-10−3 S/cm at 25°C and electrochemical stability of 0-5V vs. Li+/Li, making it ideal for electric vehicle applications.
