Testing Standards & Requirements
According to GB 31241-2014 safety requirements, the tester performs high-temperature external short circuit tests. Batteries are fully charged and placed in 55℃±5℃ environments, then subjected to short circuit conditions with external resistance of 80 mΩ±20 mΩ while monitoring surface temperature.
