Processing Guidelines
- Uncalendered electrode sheets require calendering before punching and baking
- Recommended compaction density range: 2.50-3.35 g/cc
- Baking conditions: 85-105°C for 4 hours
- For vacuum baking: change gas twice during process
- Active material mass determined by actual weighing of each circular piece
Storage & Handling
Storage: Half-year shelf life in vacuum-sealed package; use within one month after opening. Store in vacuum or double-layer self-sealing bags in glove box environment, particularly for high-nickel materials.
Test Conditions
Room temperature 25°C, rest for 4h, charge to 4.30V at 0.1C rate (constant current), charge to 0.02C at 4.30V constant voltage, rest for 3min; discharge to 3.00V at 0.1C rate (constant current), rest for 3min.
