2. Profile Description

• Box beams are constructed from two interlocked C-profiles, forming a strong rectangular section. Made from 1.5–2.5mm galvanized steel, they provide superior load-bearing capacity for warehouse storage systems. 3. Production Process

• Decoiler - Guiding - Leveler - Hydraulic Pre Cut - Roll Former - Flying Hydraulic Post-Cut - Transport Table - Seaming Machine - Out Table
• The production starts with decoiling and material leveling for uniform thickness. Pre-cutting ensures precise length control. The roll forming section shapes the two C-profiles, followed by post-cutting for clean edges. The seaming machine securely locks both profiles into a box beam structure, ensuring stability before the final output.
