• This production line targets the construction industry, offering high-efficiency, precision roll forming for metal deck panels used in concrete flooring systems.

2. Profile Description

• The profile is made of 0.8–1.5mm galvanized steel, trapezoidal-shaped with embossing dots for better concrete adhesion, ideal for composite floor systems in commercial buildings.

3. Production Process

• 5T Hydraulic Decoiler → Guiding Device → Embossing Roller → Roll Former → Electric Transmission Table → Fly Hydraulic Cutter

• The steel coil is decoiled and guided into embossing rollers for texture, then roll formed through a 27-stand archway-structured forming machine with gearbox drive. An electric transmission table coordinates movement to the hydraulic cutter for precise cut-to-length.
