1. Production Line Overview

• This production line is designed for construction and architectural clients, specializing in the manufacture of high-strength, galvanized steel floor decking with embossed patterns. It offers versatility, high-speed production, and superior strength for concrete bonding, making it a valuable choice for large-scale floor deck and roof panel manufacturers.

2. Profile Description

• This floor deck is made of galvanized steel, ranging from 0.8mm to 1.2mm thickness. It features embossed dots for better bonding with concrete, while its design includes two reinforcing ribs for added strength. Commonly used in construction for flooring and roof systems, this deck ensures high durability and stability.

3. Production Process

• 3T Hydraulic Decoiler → Guide → Embossing Roller → Roll Former → Hydraulic Cutter

• The steel coil is unwound by the hydraulic decoiler and guided into the embossing roller, where a custom surface pattern is applied. The roll former, with 24 forming stations, shapes the deck into the desired profile. Finally, the hydraulic cutter precisely cuts the metal deck to the required lengths.
