• Made from 0.8–1.2mm galvanized steel, this deck profile features two stiffening ribs and custom embossing patterns to enhance bonding with concrete. Widely applied in multi-level buildings and composite slab systems.

3. Production Process

• 3T Hydraulic Decoiler → Guiding Device → Embossing Roller (Customizable) → Roll Former (25 Stations, Chain Drive) → Hydraulic Cutter

• The decoiler feeds galvanized steel into the embossing roller, which creates bonding dots. The roll former with 25 forming stations ensures precise shaping of the deck panel with integrated stiffeners. The final hydraulic cutter enables accurate cutting to length.
