1. Production Line Overview

• This production line adopts a "single-sheet feeding → mold positioning → hydraulic punching & forming" process, designed specifically for shaping the end-tail dovetail plates of highway guardrails made from 3-4mm cold-rolled steel plates. Operators feed the sheet manually or via automation, and the hydraulic punch completes the forming in a single stroke. This solution is ideal for medium-volume, customized production and supplemental tail-end guardrail sections.

• Simple Structure, High Adaptability: The use of single-piece processing eliminates the need for a continuous forming line, making it highly adaptable to various end-plate shapes and punching patterns.

• Stable Hydraulic System Suitable for High-Strength Steel: A dedicated hydraulic system (recommended: adjustable stroke cylinders with quick mold-change interfaces) ensures stable forming of 3-4mm high-strength steel without deformation or misalignment.
• Controlled Die Lifetime, Reasonable Maintenance Cycle: As non-continuous punching applies less cyclic stress, the mold benefits from even wear and reduced heat accumulation, supporting longer life cycles with hardened materials such as Cr12MoV or SKD11.

• Compact Layout for Flexible Workshop Integration: The whole setup occupies only about 8~10 m², without requiring forming mills or runout tables, making it ideal for compact plants or standalone repair line configurations.

• Ideal for Tail-End or Supplementary Sections: After on-site installation of guardrails, tail-end or repair plates are often required. This line supports fast responses without disturbing the mainline schedule, acting as a key supplementary system.
